I am busy in X-Plane 11 to build some small South African local reginal airports.

The WED won't remove the trees and some buildings !. For there is trees in a shopping centre near the airport !!. So I need to edit diffualt scenery package for that area in X-Plan 11.

How would I go about to do it ?
