Actually, the biggest problem is that the whole SBVT scenery is mispositioned. A quick check between any satellite image will show you that the whole complex (Runway, Taxiways and Apron) is to far to the West-Northwest.
I'm planning to send it updated to the Gateway soon, but it'll result in a hugely misaligned LOC for RWY23.
It's current position (IVI, it's the code) on most navdatas (including Navigraph's latest) is:
-20.2656700°, -040.2955180°
But you can see not only on the satellite image, but more importantly on the most current IAC (attached), that it's correct position is:
-20.2670000°, -040.2928333°
The IVI glideslope and both SBVT VORs (VTR and VRI) are not 100% precise, but are good enough. Just the LOC that is waaaay off.

I have added the ILS 23 in the correct locations, but the airport data is currently incorrect - the airport is a hundred meters or so the the NW of its correct location. Need to revisit when SBVT is resubmitted to the Gateway.
