"New Cukurova airport to replace LTAF." text can be misleading, this airport is NOT replacing LTAF physically.
Also Datum coordinates are wrong, they are directly pointing LTAF / Adana Airport.
It is a new airport very close to LTAF. Operationally all commercial airline traffic will use LTDB but LTAF will remain there, open to custom activities (like training flights etc.)

I'm not the author of bespoken scenery package however from what I can see the ICAO code LTDB is correctly set in the scenery's meta data. The datum coordinates are indeed missing, they should be at (latitude) 36.891667 and (longitude) 35.071667 according to Navigraph charts.
Btw, the "local code" meta data tag is wrongly set, either. "COV" is the airport's IATA code and should be filled in respectively.
