Runway 05/23 (grass) has a MALSF ALS assigned. Cannot find any real information about the airport but this is very unlikely.

    It's indeed hard to find information for Bembridge (EGHJ), but I know the airport got unlicensed a few years ago (http://eghj.co.uk/). Also, comparing two videos on YouTube showing on landings at Bembridge (one from 2012 and another one from 2016) clearly shows they at least removed all lighting from runway 12/30 (asphalt) so it's very likely this airport now has no runway (& approach) lighting at all.
