See solution in XSG-3257 Done - error in 3rd party nav data providers, not fixed in current data.

This airport still has runway 18C/36C in apt.dat. But this runway is closed, and therefore should be removed. All taxi-signs concerning this runway must also be corrected

The runway designators 15 and 33 are wrong, the new designators must be 14 and 32, because of renaming the runway according to Navdata. The same holds for the taxi-signs for this runway.

This issue (duplicate ILSs at LEMD) was closed in October. If there are other issues at LEMD, then please open a new issue, so that we can track it effectively.

In the latest releases of X-Plane 11 (I am using X-Plane 11.10r1), LEMD has its runways numbered correctly (14/32 and 18/36). The older issue of a duplicate ILS systems for two of the runways remains - as documented in XSG-3257 Done , this is due to a third-party nav data issue for the neighbouring airport LETO.

You say you see this erroneous data in apt.dat. But f=do you see it in the sim? In which folder are you looking at apt.dat?
