The pavement, lines, and terrain appear to be at different altitudes, so the airplane seems to float above, or be submerged in, the ground. Not sure which.
Set 'Always Flatten' attribute and test again in X-Plane. Re-submit to Gateway if this works as an interim solution.
Longer term:
Re-draw the airport boundary using WED-O-Make imagery for accuracy. Terrain flattening within the boundary will go into effect when a future terrain mesh re-cut occurs.
