This is a strange one. The recommended submission on the Gateway is dated 2015, so clearly must be present in Global Airports. The runway latitude and longitude in the recommended submission are correct, and when input into Google Earth, those co-ordinates reference a location that is some distance inland - on the west coast of Africa.

In the NW corner of Mauritania. There is land under the airport in xp10, xp9, but not in xp11. I made sure I had downloaded all the earth files.

There is a tile missing in the region where the airplane's lat was 23.023 and long 3.8868, please see image.

    A dsf tile, that is.

This problem STILL EXISTS. There is appearantly no data in the relevant .dsf terrain tile.

This will hopefully be fixed for XP12 - but still worth looking into, imho.

This is a known issue filed as XPD-9165 To Do in the X-Plane bug base. This will be checked the next time scenery is cut.
