ILS localiser positioned incorrectly on the runway

The ILS antenna is positioned on the runway itself, instead of on a concrete pad located to the west. The correct position is (40.706951, -84.044481).

    The glideslope for runway 28 at KAOH seems to be in the correct position in my data - on a concrete pad to the north of the runway.

    Yep that is positioned correctly, but the localiser antenna is positioned on the runway itself. According to the earth_nav.dat in the Global Airports folder, the ILS antenna is located at 40.70694200 -084.03696100. In reality, it should be located at 40.706946, -84.044486 which you can confirm through google maps.
