CIFP error

I found an Issue with the CIFP data for CCH4 saying that runway 09 27 was not found the runway names have probably not been updated IRL but the heading of the runway has and should be corrected to 07 and 25 (was also unsure of what Issue type to choose so hope I chose the right now)
