where the VOR is placed in ENLI is not a vor but is a TACAN which can be confirmed in this chart http://www.listalufthavn.no/global/106/0765_0011.pdf

    X-Plane does currently not distinguish between VORTAC and TACAN for compatibility reasons pertaining an older military contract.
