      Shifted the airport runway to its correct location, with respect to satellite overlay, google maps, OSM and Navicharts. Because of this: * added exclusion zones to remove houses along the streets. Streets are outside the airport boundary, but their auto-gen houses overlap with airport buildings. * added tree exclusion zones to remove trees within the new boundary. There are also high trees in the approaches at both sides of the runway, which I have excluded. The boundary includes the approaches. * Flatten airport selected. In real life, there is a -0.8% slope on rwy 12, but no side-to-side slope. Without flattening there is a steep side-slope on the whole airport lifting buildings out of the ground. * I covered the tie-down ramp areas with grass as otherwise I am not able to taxi the aircraft there. * The warning about manual elevation all refer to lights, which illuminate some of the hangars at night. * Changed the local airport code to the correct CAP3.
