However, Bear Creek is currently assigned that identifier in X-Plane Bear Creek should be NC79, and neither can be updated without causing an issue with the metadata.
Airport identifier-code changes are accomplished by re-submitting the airport to the Gateway. The primary (original) X-Plane Airport ID must remain the same, but the appropriate metadata (ICAO, FAA, IATA, etc.) should be inserted in WED, and the modified airport uploaded to the Gateway.
For Deck Airport - add meta data 'Local Code' = 'NC11' and re-submit to Gateway using original identifier '02W'.
For Bear Creek - add meta data 'Local Code' = 'NC79' / remove meta data 'FAA Code' / remove meta data 'ICAO Code' and re-submit to Gateway using original identifier 'NC11'.
