      General update, based on ESRI and AIP (2021). PAPI 03 is indeed offset by 3 degrees. The ATS service designation is 'Other', which I don't understand. However there is certainly something that looks like a control twr.

      Had to readjust the boundary again using the, Slippy Map, ESRI Imagery after moving,basicaly, a piece of asphalt at one end of the runway to the middle of the runway and made a small airport. Installed a tower and installed everything else.

      Moved, basicaly, a piece of asphalt at one end of the runway to the middle of the runway and made a small airport. Installed a tower and seperate bldgs. Installed edge lights around the airport. Installed service trucks and service truck taxi route. Adjusted the airport boundry and added exclusion zones.
