The airport identifier (EPSK) will remain the same on the Gateway with a new scenery submitted at the appropriate location.

I can not see any airport at the location of the “new” EPSK on google earth…not sure if this new submission is legit.
The EPSK airfield collides with the EPSR airfield (which does not exist in Real life at all). It results in two airfields in one place.

Please file a scenery removal request for EPSR.
