no changing or moving of airport ID is possible in Xplane. Only Meta Data ICAO IDs can be changed by the artist. Change the old airports Meta Data ICAO ID to “FLND” and request a new airport ID for the new airport, then (once it is issued) change that Meta Data ICAO ID to FLSK.
Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe International already moved to new airport as IVAO FLSK with this name. The old one remain as FLND.
