The runways are in the default position. I only added scenery around the default runways so that the default navaids still line up.

I moved the airport to the correct location, it was indeed offset severely. I also adjusted the "road network" type exclusion zones to not exclude a huge chung of roads - this should allow the road network to service the airport terminal and other adjacent infrastructure again.

Product= XPlane
Version= 11.2
OS= operating system
Summary= airport out of position
Description= Airport KCID (Cedar Rapids, Ia,USA) seems out of position. I assume ILS and intersections are correct. Notice that the ILS lines up left of RWY 27. (rt of 09). One picture shows me on 27 and notice the ILS needle way left. Second picture shows rwy to the right as I do a totally auto land with the needle in the center. If I do an RNAV to rwy 13 it seems to bring my in to the right of the rwy. (ie the rwy is to the left)

The scenery is otherwise great and accurately reproduces the actual airport.

Don't know what is in the log.txt but FYI I had a CTD about an hour ago. Report on that was sent with my email. That has nothing to do with this bug report.
Steps= Line up on 27 or 09 and check the ILS needles. They will not be centered. Frequency for 27 is 111.3 and for 09 it is 109.3.
