Normally the Ramp Start Type (Gate-Tie-Down-Misc-Hangar) is not used by the simulator. However, WorldTraffic plugin actively uses this property. How?
Example: 1) Misc - ramp is not used; 2) Gate - taxiing on your own engines, while taxiing - towing back; Tie-Down - taxiing into the parking lot and taxiing out of it on the drive of your own engines.
Thus, if the WorldTraffic plugin is used, in scenes you have to correct this property of Ramp Start Type.
In this scene, the parking class (A, B, C, D, E, F) is correct, but the Ramp Start Type can be adjusted.

Thanks for pointing out the issues with the ramp starts -- yes, the UPS ramp starts that face buildings should be changed to the "Gate" type to ensure that aircraft are correctly pushed back from these locations. I've got an update ready to go that fixes this, but I see you currently have the airport checked out. Are you working on this too? If not, could you return the airport so I can check in the fix?

Yes please. I was unable to download the updated version due to editing the scene in the WED 2.0.0r 2a beta version.
OK, I've uploaded the new version, which updates the ramp starts and also makes a few other minor fixes. Should be accepted to the gateway shortly.
Is their a version for xplane 11 still i installed it but it wont load in
Turns out I didn't see taxiway P is still there. I will finish up soon. Don't bother even looking at it
