The elevation of the airport is at 3937 feet , I don't know this should be fixed but the plateau at which the airport sits may need to be at the indicated elevation. I provide documentation that verifies the correct altitude.
I could not find any documentation about the official altitude of this airport. The XPlane terrain at the location of the airport is at 3650 feet MSL, I doubt that the mesh error here is 300 feet.
The thing is that the plateau in which the airport is located is higuer, I don't know If it is fixable , but I can provide documentation that proves that it is higuer

Wikipedia entry indicates this airport should be named Santo Tomé del Puerto.

The elevation is wrong, it is higuer, at exactly 3937 feet
