This isn't towards the person who updated. It's about the airport in general.
On Parking 10A, at the other end of it, it says 9A. If you look at either Google Maps or Bing Maps, the end of 10A does not have a 9A at the other end of it. From looking at charts, there isn't a 9A anywhere in Punta Cana Intl.
