Hi. This airport has ATC freqs (fictional) identical to MYNN. It was never a problem before XP10.4 but there is now a problem when in MYNN. When you tune the ATIS you hear MYAM. I assume they have changed the distance that the signal is heard as MYAM is 100 miles distance from MYNN!
FYI: MYAM is being upgraded, a tower has been built but is not currently operational. There is no published AWOS at the field so you can just delete it. There is no ATC at the field. Traffic advisories are made on Unicom 122.80. I included the ATC when I originally created the MYAM scenery so it would have traffic at the field. There was no conflict until XP10.4/45. When I uploaded MYAM to the Gateway I should have removed the ficticious ATC. I can upload a new version without the AWOS & ATC if that is how you want to fix this problem. However there is no way you would be able to hear AWOS on the ground from 100 miles away so there is a problem with that. imho

@bsupnik,
I confirm that in 1045, when you are at MYNN Nassau airport, tuning the radio to ATIS 118.7 brings up MYAM Marsh Harbour AWOS information.
Both of these airports have custom scenery, so is this due to how the artist set up the frequencies, or is it something in X-Plane?

Hi Jennifer,
1. Can you confirm that both airports have these frequencies correctly
listed in the apt.dat (e.g. both frequencies really are in the apt data?)
2. Are both frequencies right for the real world, or is one made up?
3. How many miles apart are the airports?
cheers
Ben

@ mhayling,
Yes, please submit new scenery with the real world ATC/AWOS/ATIS frequencies.
