RJFU & RJDU were once 1 scenery. They were split by a previous artist but retained many duplications:- runways ramp starts etc etc. The only item for both is THE tower in RJFU. No linking t.ways etc. Full and comprehensive rework of both sceneries undertaken. Mesh coastal anomolies in both, especially RJDU, have required accomodation.

Add western Radar and Comm array (didn't find anyting to represent it in library), add detail to area in front of gate A and replace airline start ID to match spring 2018 season. RJDU left in RJFU because I was unable to import it from the gateway. Designate RJDU's Helipad for military operations.

http://gatewaybugs.x-plane.com/browse/XSG-2088 was rejected, therefore import RJDU into RJFU. RJDU parking positions were prefixed with "A" as RJDU used to be "Apron A" before 2011. Also, add static objects.

Landside part of the airport is RJDU (Omura), therefore I removed it from RJFU and will commit it once the new ICAO code is registered. Cars and other statics will be added in a future commit.
