rdrehmer, you're wrong too. The correct heading is 140 (find here https://www.aisweb.aer.mil.br charts (Cartas) for SBFL) or in the attachments.

The current (true, not magnetic) heading in the current data is correct - 121.289.
Was there any other issue with this ILS?
The approved package has unaligned roads (coming from the airport towards the rest of the city).
New charts avaliable here: https://ais.decea.gov.br/?i=aerodromos&codigo=SBFL. I will update when I have new, more up-to-date reference images.
The ILS is misaligned, outside the center of the runway, causing the aircraft to land on the side of the runway.
Working on this airport, forgot to unlock it before WED 2.5, but I'm giving it a nice refresher.
