For new construction at a NEW location: Please file a new airport code request
For an airport identifier that has transferred to a new location: Please file a new airport code request
For an EXISTING airport mis-located in X-Plane: Adjust the airport location in WED and re-submit to the Gateway using the original (primary) identifier
For an EXISTING airport with a new identifier: Re-submit the airport to the Gateway using the original (primary) identifier. Place new identifier in the meta data-field ONLY (ICAO, FAA, IATA, etc.)
For an EXISTING airport with an incorrect identifier: Re-submit the airport to the Gateway using the original (primary) identifier. Place the correct identifier in the meta data-field ONLY (ICAO, FAA, IATA, etc.)
For an EXISTING airport with a NEW name: Re-submit the airport to the Gateway using the original (primary) identifier, with the name modified as required.
I am reworking WICT and will upload as 3d scenery with new ICAO of WILL.
WILL as a scenery entity needs removing, then the new version of 37070 will be linked to WILL. I have had to use airport identifier as WICT to report problem although it is WILL that needs removal (at this point)
The way the system is set up you should not have to file a request like this.
If there is an airport ID for the airport at the geographical location you are making an airport: Use that airport ID. If there is not: Request a new one.
Fill in meta data (new ICAO) as required.
Ah, I see - there are TWO airport ID´s at the same spot…in this case just do the new airport for the one that has EXISTING 2D scenery - and file for removal of the other one (that has no scenery yet).
The Lampung Airport (WILL/TKG) procedures aren't available for some reason.. I've already updated the airac cycle where they should be available. I've also downloaded the scenery gateway for the airport.

After update the runway in WED, I get Error message that runway 14 threshold not within 10m of location mandated by gateway CIFP data.
After cross-check the reference from AIP and latest satellite image from google earth, I found the runway 14 threshold has moved forward from the previous location.
The current runway coordinate is now: Lat -5.237503 Long 105.174842
I converted the coordinate from the AIP to be in decimal degree format.
The previous runway 14 is now a displaced threshold.
Airport code was renamed to WILL.

We can discuss further at the forums, if needed!

WILL works out of the box with X-Plane 12 default scenery and default data.
After update the runway in WED, I get Error message that runway 14 threshold not within 10m of location mandated by gateway CIFP data.
After cross-check the reference from AIP and latest satellite image from google earth, I found the runway 14 threshold has moved forward from the previous location.

Checked, appears correct now with 2405 data.
