The problem is not easy to solve, it really has three aspects to it:
Heliports can not have boundaries with the “terrain smoothing” effects they bring in global scenery recuts, this heliport is right on the edge of a tile and the global mesh resolution is fairly coarse.
Yep, and while the scenery for XP12 has vastly improved during the upgrade from XP11, the "hidden runway always flatten" mesh work-around for this heliport disappeared along with it. Figured reporting a bug here for the mesh might fix it in the future.
Mesh is incongruent in where both of these tiles meet and 50 degrees. Screenshots from XP11 scenery and new XP12 scenery.
