If this airport does not have an official ICAO, please suggest a fictitious one that follows the guidelines on the NOTAMs page, such as XEH02.

Is XEH29 a valid code?

Yes, it's certainly valid in that it follows our guidelines and it is not currently in the Gateway database.
If that's the code you'd like to use I will update the request & get it processed.
