You need to enter the correct AIRPORT ID into the required field in WED. For the airport “Toldos” in Bolivia (I believe this is the one you are trying to upload), the correct AIRPORT ID is XSL0006.
Make sure you fill out the meta data tag for “ICAO code” (use the “add meta data” to get the field) with SLTL.
Yeah - the name as given in Xplane is “SLTL Toldos” - so I guess the name is in there. If anyone wants to submit a fixed version with the correct name, be my guest.

Maybe the airport name should be changed to "Toldos"... SLTL is its ICAO code
