Are you telling me that your scenery does indeed have the new terminal 3? Maybe you would be so kind as to attach some pictures in the Image gallery so I can see what you are seeing. If it does then unfortunately it is nothing like the real one. But hey, I appreciate your efforts which are much better than my own.
@Bassman68 In the scencry pack I submitted, whose ID is 95661 or 96472, they indeed contain T3 and newly built apron. However, LR haven't update globe airport scenery after XPlane 12.04 was released. So currectly the latest approved pack isn't in globe airport scenery. You didn't comment under a SPECIFIC scenery pack ID thus I don't know which pack you're talking about.
Currectly, user have to manually download a pack then place it at Custom Scenery. If this doesn't work, open the pack by WED or open the apt.dat file by notebook to check whether the scenery ID match the latest recommand scenery pack. If it still doesn't work, open the scenery_packs.ini file to check if the pack is loaded before globe_airport.
As for image gallery, I am not authorized to uplode images to it.
This airport officially changed the runway number of the airport when the navigation data was updated in the 2313 period, and the chart consulted added a runway and modified the old runway number, the following is the modification: 09L/27R changed to 10R/28L, and the new runway number was 10L/28R. I can't export to Gateway because he can't pass CIFP data validation
Because CIFP navdata is old,so So I hope you can help me change 09L/27R to 10R/28L so that users can enjoy the latest scenery.(I have sent the new navigation chart to your email via the qq.com suffix account on January 12)

I konw why main terminal buildings are in worng altitude, making it float on ground ,because Lasha Airport scenery pack has the airport elevation set to 3569.2 m or ~ 11709 ft in the different custom scenery library ，but these scenery elevation set is 3570.8m,so I think these problem is unnecessary,I did not encounter the problem you mentioned, otherwise the scenery would not be approved. I suggest retrieving the ZULS data in the X-Plane 12\Global Scenery\Global Airports\Earth nav data\apt.dat file and modifying the airport elevation.
I dont know what happened but the fact is only the main terminal building is floating at my side. I'm running XP12.1.2 with your senery park originally. If it doesn't exist at your side, I'll close this report ASAP. Here's how it looks like ingame.
Rebuilt "whole" airport February 2023 however this scenery does not include Terminal 3 which came into operation in 2021.

There is no way to circumvent the CIFP data imposed.

This is the current version of the airport map, which comes with CIFP and is outdated
In the latest data, runway 09L/27R has been changed to 10R/28L

CIFP data has been updated June 5th, 2024.
Current runways are 10L/28R and 10R/28L.
it should be 11710ft (3570.8m).
