According to FAA's ADIP information, the airfield is operational as per September 2021 (cf https://adip.faa.gov/agis/public/#/airportData/3WA1); though it's marked as closed on the gateway.

I am not sure - there is no sign of any kind of Ultralight Flight Park at the given coordinates (on Google Earth). There is only a ski hill…
I have seen the FAA´s database/info be woefully out of date, especially with smallish airports/helipads.
