Airport Slope inadaquate for actual conditions

I was checking out WT20 (Soba, RBMU) in X-Plane and found it very poorly reflecting real life. I've attached a chart from my organization of the actual runway. The biggest highlights are the incorrect slope for the runway.

    I added some basic buildings and adjusted the runway according to a picture I found. Nothing can be done about the steepness of runway in Xplane, due to underlying terrain mesh. It is about 10 deg upslope, the real airport seems to have 5 degrees (8%).
