TC LID: CAT4. This is not the same as an ICAO--it is still a local identifier. In order to follow the NOTAMs guidelines for airports without official ICAO, we can change this from AT4 to XCAT4 if you would like, or leave it as is and you can update the metadata with CAT4 so it is still found by that in X-Plane.
IATA Code is XQU. ICAO Code is CAT4

Resubmitted AT4. Updated metadata with CAT4 but left identifier as AT4. You may close issue. Thank you.
Where I said "runway shape errors" in a comment above, I meant "taxiway shape errors".
