This appears to be an issue with the old airport layout, not the ILS - the ILS is in the correct location, but the airport is slightly misplaced to the east (maybe 50 metres), and the alignment of the runway me be a little off, too. - Robin
There is a bug that it is impossible to load any procedure for ENTC in X-Plan2 11.5, Linux, navigraph 2108. After several experiments with different ENTC sceneries I think there must be a mismatch happend during the runway change from 01/19 to 18/36, with the result that the runway data does no more fit to the waypoint data. But for me it was not possible to find any solution. I reported this already to the scenery gateway hoping that someone can find a solution (may be a user_nav.dat ?
Gateway airport has been updated and shipped with 11.55. However, default apt.dat (resources/default scenery/default apt dat/Earth nav data/apt.dat) still features the OLD runway numbers.
You can try a manual fix to the default apt.dat by replacing the ‘100’ record with this:
The new runway layout would not allow the airport to be used with XPlane out of the box (data from 2018). Since we do not take working airports away from users of the default data (the majority or xplane users) the gateway scenery did not make the cut for the default data.
If you want to use the airport with latest Navigraph data, you can manually copy the airport from the Custom Scenery/Global Airports/Earth nav data/apt.dat to the Resources/default scenery/default apt dat/Earth nav data/apt.dat file as Julian suggested.

Right - thanks Robin.
The ILS course at ENTC for Runway 01 is wrong/offset. The current numbers are:
4 69.69620000 018.92751400 56 11090 18 12.084 TC ENTC EN 01 ILS-cat-I
6 69.67447800 018.91526100 0 11090 10 400012.200 TC ENTC EN 01 GS
And they should be changed to (latest NAVIGRAPH/Aerosoft LIDO values):
4 69.696200000 18.927513889 25 11090 18 13.047 TC ENTC EN 01 ILS-cat-I
4 69.670750000 18.910544444 13 10990 18 193.047 TR ENTC EN 19 ILS-cat-I

Thanks! The data for the ILSs 01/19 at ENTC are fixed and will be included in the next release of X-Plane that includes a nav data update.
Runway numbers have changed from 01/19 to 18/36. When the Airac is updated trough navigraph the default FMC cant load procedures.
ENTC has changed runway numbers from 19/01 to 18/36 which causes issues trying to load the approach in FMC's with updated data.

Fixed airport is uploaded and should go live with next scenery injection update.
