Fixing this is not trivial - UGTB has an elaborate approach light system built with indivdiual lights and columns, placed with SET MSL. New submissions do not allow SET MSL anymore, so one would have to handplace every single light/column combination with SET AGL, this is too much effort for such a nitpicking observation 😉
There was no problem flying in and out of UGTB about 2-3 months ago but now there is a hidden "trap" in the mesh. I found the reason of the bug XSD-12127, UGTB has been a failure the mesh in the runway middle. The reason is that UG24 airport is located very close to the UGTB boundary. Meanwhile, UG24 has been updating as 'Always Flatten' airport, what was the reason the bug XSD-12127. A shortest way for fix it's open the Global Airports/Earth nav data/apt.dat file by text editor (notepad). Find the 'UG24 Tbilisi Soganlug' block and just delete the line '1302 flatten 1' into this block. BTW, for the 'GlobalAirportsNov21' by @triplemon it's line number 8673213.
Excellent find. I uploaded a fixed version for UG24 that has no “always flatten”… It makes one taxiway unusable, but I blocked this off temporarily with barriers and Xs. Will remove those if feasible in XP12, assigned this issue to myself so I wont forget.

Thanks Jan. Don't know why the always flatten brigade love ruining out beautiful slopes in XPlane. Think it's because they worry too much about buttering the bread lol.

If that hole is caused by another scenery let people know which one it is too please (so we can update it and fly to/out TBS). Otherwise this airport is not usable at all
I do not have any addons for the region, still have the hole on the runway with terrain following enabled.
Tblisi airport should be in Georgia (UG) rather than Barbados (TB) in its region code.

The issue is fixed with XP12.
There is still a huge gap in the runway of UGTB airport. Can this be fixed?

ALWAYS FLATTEN is needed to be set for this airport as there will be hole at middle of runway
