Hi! I made the current scenery for Severka. You are quite right: the code should be UUML (not UUMS). However X-Plane 'Airport identifiers' cannot be updated, so this ID is fixed as UUMS forever, unfortunately.

If you look at https://gateway.x-plane.com/airports/UUMS/show you will see various information about the airport, including "Local Code = UUML" . I think this is the correct thing to do.

Why didn't I say "ICAO Code = UUML" in the metadata? I did that because I doubt UUML is an ICAO code: Such codes are assigned to big airports only, so for example there are only about 150 valid ICAO codes in Russia (see http://www.caiga.ru/DocAni/manual*of_4_letter_indexes/Indexes_of*Airports.pdf). Consequently, I reckon UUML (or УУМЛ) is a Local code.

Eventually (I hope!) X-Plane will be able to search Local Codes. Then it will be able to find UUML, and the incorrect ID will not be a real problem.

I think the ICAO code for this airport is indeed UUML. So for the next update this code can be assigned to the META DATA field “ICAO Code”.

xris is correct, the airport ID for this airport will always stay UUMS, all changes to codes must be done via Meta data fields.
