This airport changed ICAO, the new identification is SBOT, according to AISWEB, see the link: https://aisweb.decea.mil.br/?i=aerodromos&codigo=SBOT.

Needs to be accomplished by Gateway artists in WED.

Thank you for your attention, but it does not accept sending directly via WED, it displays the message "UNKNOW AIRPORT CODE SBOT".

Fixed and uploaded latest (rejected) submission, hopefully this fixes it for good.

It seems I can't remove the ICAO code - as soon as I upload it to the gateway WED seems to add it again. Tried different approaches. The ICAO code SNDD is assigned to a newly build airport which I'd like to edit. The X-Plane ID for the new SNDD is XSB000I

I am not sure what the problem here is. The airport “Condominio Aeronautico Santos” seems to have the ICAO code SNDD in the real world. Why would you want to remove it?

  • Jehuda February 9, 2024 1:37 PM

Because this airport no longer has SNDD assigned as you mentioned yourself. One ICAO code cannot be assigned to two different airports. But I solved the problem by assigning SBOT to this one since SBOT is the ICAO code for this airport now.

This cannot be used as Identifier in X-Plane, becaus we need to create the new and real SNDD.
What identifier we must use to create SNDD?
